HOW IT WORKS
All our services are listed below with their descriptions, hours, and rates. Our pricing is "Transparency Pricing" and is all inclusive, meaning every service rental comes complete with Service Attendants and an Event Package. There are no additional costs.
Select the Service you would like. Services will stack to complete your booking if you would like to book multiple services in the same time slot (select your first service and click NEXT, the next screen will give you the option to add more services to your booking date and time). After you have selected your Services, then select the date and time and Book Now. At that point you will fill out your personal information and book the service. No deposit or payment information will be taken or collected at this time. We'll receive your booking request and call you back usually within ten minutes but definitely within the hour. We can then review everything and discuss any specific requests. We will email you a Proposal based on what we discussed which will include the date and time of the event, number of attendants, media package relating to Service, Services cost with taxes, the amount of the down payment, and anything else we may have discussed relating to your event needs. Once we receive your Proposal back in our email with an electronic signature, we will call you back to process the deposit and lock up your booking date. We will then email you a receipt of payment confirmation for your booked date and time. The Proposal and Deposit receipt will act as an agreed upon contract by both parties for the services, date, and time the services are to be performed.
If requesting a deposit return outside of the 30 days prior to the event date you will receive it back in full minus a $100 administrative fee for time already spent and given to you as a client. Once the 30 day window threshold prior to the event has been entered, if the event is cancelled your deposit is forfeit and will not be returned. If your cancellation date is within 5 business days of the event date (Saturday is considered a business day) an additional 25% of the contract balance will be owed, due to the lack of time we weren't allowed to reschedule or rebook our services and equipment. If you booked within 30 days and a 50% deposit was taken and you cancel within 5 business days of the event your deposit is forfeit and will not be returned and there will be no additional charge.

PAYMENT

Initial Deposit, 25% of the services requested total, will be due after personal phone consultation; date, time, and services confirmation, and proposal agreement. This will secure your booking time and date along with the services requested.​
NOTE: If your booking date is within 30 days of the event, a 50% deposit will be required at initial billing. Second Payment will be adjusted from 50% to 25%.

Second Payment of 50% of the services requested total, will be due upon arrival prior to setup.

Third and Final payment of 25% of the services requested total, will be due following the event when you receive your Event Package complete!
